After the game, Toller was on crutches with ice on her left knee. Fast forward two years, the two teams hadn’t played since that fateful day, but the Valkyries got their shot at redemption and cruised to a 69-49 victory over Male in a Class ACT Seventh Region semifinal game in their quest for a second straight regional title at Valley High Thursday night. Berger had another all-around game with 18 points, nine rebounds, three assists, and two steals. The Valkyries will play Manual in the Seventh Region title game at 1:45 p.m. Saturday at Valley High.
