When they show replays of a ND offensive play it’s almost funny how much the refs allow the ND blockers to hold/grab jerseys. They have shown plays in which at least three guys were doing it at the same time.

Designated Heisman Trophy winner Arch Manning was 11/25 today in an epic 27-10 battle vs UTEP. Texas was favored by 40.5 points

When I saw the TN kicker on the sideline I turned to my wife and said there was no way he was going to make the winning kick. He looked terrified. That being said, he was really screwed by the illegal motion penalty that added 5 yards and moved the ball from the center of the field.

End of Q1. Illinois 3 Western Michigan - 0 I would normally find that funny but we need to beat a top 10 Illinois next week.

I’ll agree or disagree with you after the Illinois game. At this point I kind of think I know what we have but it’s hard to be sure because of who we have played. Can’t wait for Saturday night !!!

His move up the “food chain” has been pretty amazing. Started at City College of San Francisco and then moved to Diablo Valley Community College and then App State and now leading, and playing in front of 100k+ fans, #15 TN !!!

I just checked out the Finebaummeter and saw that….. Unranked Georgia Tech beat Clemson so Georgia Tech will now be ranked. That means it was a good loss for Clemson which makes LSU’s win over Clemson even more impressive which should move LSU up to number 1 in the country.

Wiscy, Northwestern, UCLA and probably PU are putrid (jury is still out on PU).

Should we schedule 3 wins? Yes Should we play a FCS school ? No I hope the 2027 and 2030 ISU games get cancelled. What did the team learn playing halfway decent high school talent?

I primarily hope for 5 things: 1) Fernando and his receivers continue to improve their timing 2) The defensive backfield gets cleaned up 3) Backups, including Alberto of course, get a number of meaningful snaps 4) No injuries 5) We cancel the 2027 and 2030 ISU games.

Foster is looking like a disaster but will UCLA really fire the guy after 15 games? I’m guessing he will get until the end of the year but who knows…

Illinois up 45-19. Good chance we will be playing top 10 Illini. Environment is going to be fantastic.

I also don’t think we will drop but, to be fair, I haven’t checked the schedule to see if some SEC teams could pass us with quality losses.

Illinois beating Duke 31-19. Looking like IU vs Illinois will be ranked team vs ranked team. Beat Illinois and Finebaum will be heaping praise on the Hoosiers!!!
