Absolutely HILARIOUS ending to the PU-Rutgers game. PU had the ball with a minute to go, their QB’s pass gets tipped, the QB catches the tip but then fumbles. Rutgers recovers and kicks the winning field goal…….priceless!!

Hope they don’t just have Babydoza hand off. Would like to see him throw a few.

I realize tv commercials pay the bills but it drives me crazy when there is a stoppage in the IU game, I channel surf to 6 other games only to find that 5/6 of them are also in commercial.

Just 2 days ago Sales listed his final 12 (final 12..LOL) and IU was among the 12. Did you see something that indicates he is already down to 2 ?

I heard Cig said that but just hope his assessment proves to be correct. It seems a little early to be 100% sure a knee is ok.

UCLA interferes a lot but I’ll give them some credit in that our guys aren’t getting much separation.

I didn’t play football when I went to IU but still managed to play nearly as many snaps as our punter….

Things are humming. Only downsides are Fisher getting hurt (please, please be ok for the upcoming games) and Mendoza isn’t exactly helping his Heismandoza chances.

I love watching him run after getting hit. A couple of runs ago I counted 7 different UCLA defenders that made contact with him but his legs just kept driving.

That was perhaps the dumbest 4th and 1 defensive formation at the goal line I have EVER seen.

Not sure how good Fisher is but the word is that Cig played once, complained that it took too much time but, he shot an 18 as one would expect.

I agree. Although I strongly believe we will beat UCLA, at Maryland and at Penn State none of them are “sure things”. Who knows how PSU will respond to their new coach, add in their talent and 100k fans and the game could be a challenge. The bummer about PSU is that it has turned into a “ho hum win” or “bad loss”. Cant wait for Saturday and watching our D take care of Nico.

That’s a good point. It’s crazy that in 1.5 seasons Cignetti has already won as many Big Ten games as Wilson did in 6 seasons.

Cig isn’t going anywhere but I wouldn’t be surprised if he (his agent) gets a feeler/offer from someone in spite of the new contract/buyout. With all the openings someone with $$$$ is going to get desperate.

Has anyone heard any injury news? At the end of the game I read trainers were looking at Kamara and it also appeared Wyatt was banged up. Hope “all is well”.

I’m also in the Gus camp!!! He has a way of even making Kennesaw State vs Georgia State sound like a big time game.

I love it for us but it’s absolute BS that they do that to west coast teams (and is BS when east goes to west coast and play night games that end at 1:30 am EST).

Would still like an idea of when the grass lots completely fill up and if latecomers (11:00 am) with passes are sent to other spots/lots. .We are in the Forrest grass lot.

I realize it’s “just how it’s done” but I find the buyouts interesting/one sided in that when coaches get fired they receive all the money they were contractually guaranteed (for doing a bad job) but if they leave for a competitor they only have to cough up 2-20% of the value of the contract. Pretty good deal/situation.
