Agree. This was one of the more important games of the year because it would allow us to play some strong teams if we won. That would balance the schedule. Whether they were out too late or just bad, they got run by a first year coach who scrambled to fill a roster. If there is a silver lining it is that a lot of the big money donors are there. Same. Living down in SEC country it is cool to where my IU gear and have people stop and ask about the team. It would be nice to have both but If I had to choose one to be a perennial top 10-15 team I would choose the football Hoosiers.

Worst case scenario, we lose to OSU badly, how far do we fall in the rankings? Good news is we play Purdue the following week so we can potentially make up some ground should someone else lose. My biggest fear vs OSU is whether we can get the offensive line healthy. If they are then I feel we have a chance but I did not like how Michigan blew our offense up in the 2nd half.

Woodys best year was his second when we beat Purdue twice and fished 2nd in the BT. Not sure NIL helped that much then did it?

I think sage got sideways with political differences but DD was regularly going after people on twitter while at ESPN and became too much of a liability. Too bad because when he first started doing games he was good.
