I believe it's about quantity and time. They're set to do X number of drills and measurements for Y number of NBA hopefuls. Also like others have said the older guys have been seen by a lot if NBA scouts. Yogi's best bet is to be invited to a camp or summer league workout with a good organization as an undrafted unrestricted FA. I would like to hear Yogi's name called on draft night though. They missed a lot and ignored a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if that continues when they play in Charlotte. I honestly don't see how the Hornets win that often with Kemba and Lin playing hero ball. Troy might fit in well there. If Harden scores 25+ a game he gives up 30+ a game with on ball defense or off ball "defense." He's fun to watch and tell your nephews "this is how not to guard." If Gelon turns out to be an outside sniper by his junior year that would be great. However, why not go the grad transfer route to snag an outside sniper you don't have to wait in for 2-3 years. I guess if he's a good teammate, stays out of trouble, and works hard he is a good next to last bench guy. Hopefully we don't lose out on a 2017 recruit because we don't have spots available... Not really sure how I feel about this. If Troy stays in the draft: - Freddie adds depth behind OG, Hartman, and JMor on the wing/stretch 4. - Tremendous athlete who could be a plus rebounder and defender - Two year commitment If Troy returns: - Might be 5th or 6th on depth chart at the wing or stretch 4 - Will he be happy with so little time - Fewer ships for great 2017 class Anyways, congrats Freddie.
