The credibility of the hall can be questioned enough considering some of the players that are in there may not have been the most deserving, while others that unarguably deserving aren't.

Yeah, Shoeless Joe definitely should be.  There's not really any evidence he was involved (there was a news report claiming he admitted under oath, but his confession can't be found on the court stenograph), and men that were involved admitted he was never at any meetings and said they only mentioned him to give themselves credibility.

Right.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to tell someone what to do it's just advice from my experience; I also wouldn't advise someone get a ridiculously expensive cable if they can't afford it, I'd advise getting the most expensive that they can afford if that's 6-8 so be it but not going 6-8 if they can go to 20-30.   Hey, I'm not trying to sound like a snob.  I've got some cheap cables and have had good luck with some of them; admittedly most of them I got before I knew what I know now and I didn't have as much coming in or they're on devices I hardly ever use so the signal quality isn't a big issue to me.  My instrument cable though cost over 50 and it's at most 6 ft (Mogami Gold).

Personally I wouldn't chance it, I've paid the price of getting a cheap cable and had to replace both the cable and a part of my guitar.  Look at it this way, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link and the cable is the link between you laptop and the TV; the price isn't just about the name (although that is a part of it), there's how it's made and the quality of materials and generally the more expensive cables use better materials and the company put more research and development into it.   A cheap cable can have a big impact on signal quality (again, I learned this from experience), so does having a cable that is too long.

Depends on brand and length, they can be a little costly for a cable.  This is where the musician part of me says (from experience) do not cheap out on the cable, get a good brand and don't get a cable any longer than you need.

They probably get excited when they hear the word boot, followed by crushing disappointment when they realize it's not das boot.

Roughly the same as me waking up sandwiched between Emma Watson and Alex Morgan. Maybe slightly lower.

This is the mindset the team should have, as fans though we can look forward.

This.  The team has shown improvement each week so far, now we need to see if they can maintain that and take care of business with a big game coming up.  We've seen the team have these letdowns before so there is that possibility, hopefully Wilson shows he can get the team to stay focused .
