  1. And giving him an undeserved year for giggles. It was painful seeing May and one side of the bracket and Mullins on the other hitting a game winner.
  2. Probably booking a tee time.
  3. I didn't say anything about ND football. The same administration was the only one in college stupid enough to hire Woodson and then compounded that giving him too long. Cignetti was a great hire, basketball has been horrendously managed (and was before Dolson was AD); both statements can be true.
  4. The last 25+ years are a case study in mismanagement. Every mistake the administration could've made, they made. The incompetence is kind of impressive.
  5. Why would he want to come to IU and have to deal with a fan base that wants to make the tournament? Those expectations are insane, it's only a 68 team field.
  6. They'd just say it's why IU is where IU is and go back to complaining about better results than we get.
  7. If anyone thinks our fans are bad, if UK had our last 9 years those fans would leave Lexington in ruins.
  8. If we acted like a serious program we wouldn't have hired Woodson to begin with. Though we definitely waited to long to rectify that mistake. I'm so tired of our fans being blamed for the program's struggles. Are there some knuckleheads? Absolutely. Same as any program and especially programs with the history of IU. We've missed out on landing top coaches because stupid internal politics and/or waiting too long to get rid of bad coaches.
  9. You could've predicted that Indiana would eventually hire a guy no other program would've considered simply because he played here over 40 years ago. Yeah, sure thing.
  10. Letting Crean go was the right call at the time, even if I still contend it was too late. We couldn't have predicted just how fugly the next two hires would be.
  11. https://www.on3.com/teams/indiana-hoosiers/news/indiana-totals-three-players-among-pffs-top-10-returners-at-each-offensive-position/ Smith, Evans and Becker each listed as a top 10 returning player at their positions.
  12. I'm jealous too. That would be a fun car to drive, insane power numbers.
  13. 32% last year to about 35% this year, better but nothing special. Free throws improved about 8%, so hitting those was refreshing.
  14. With the raging dumpster fire this program has been atleast the fans still show up. The coaches and players should try giving the fans something to cheer for for a change.
