MSU matchups

Recommended Posts

Forbes 6'3 190lb SR
Valentine 6'5 220 SR
Costello 6'9 245 SR
Harris 6'3 185 RS/JR
Davis 6'10 240 FR

You know CTC will stick to his original lineup so here ya go...

Yogi on Valentine
RoJo on Forbes
Bryant on Davis
Troy on Harris
Hartman on Costello

I would change my lineup for this game and switch Hartman for Morgan or OG and have him guard Costello to start with. Thoughts???

Costello is a tough match up for us, but if it's Hartman I don't think Costello can guard him when we have the ball...

Agree on both your points. Will be a tough matchup for us. Hopefully TB will stay out of foul trouble. I'd absolutely love to see us steal this one obviously!

Does it matter when Troy's man beats him, Colin fouls him in the paint, and Colin sits with early foul trouble?

I don't know.  I think Colin had changed the help defensive tactics.  I believe he is just going to block shots from here on out...sprint down the court and stroke a deep 3!

Just speculation on my part, I don't follow MSU but regardless how athletic I can't imagine him being able to stay in front of Troy or Collin outside, especially Collin, respecting his shot and still being and to stay in front of his drive

He did it to one of the favorites for B1G POY why not the other?!

"Don't come in here you little man, THIS IS HARTMAN'S HOUSE!"
