I was at Assembly for the championship game, too! I made the trip down from West Lafayette.  Then I was at the rematch in Indy, too.  That was almost a heartbreaker, but it ended the right way.

I forgot how sloppy we played. We missed so many golden opportunities. Bummer.

Just read up on Juan Dixon, he was suspended by FIBA in 2010 for steroids. 

 

Crazy.  Wilcox and Blake with long NBA careers.  Baxter was an NBAer, and Mouton played long term oversees.  A better team than I even remember.

Don't forget Baxters prestigious career of getting arrested for weapons charges haha

We did have opportunities in the championship.

 

It ended poorly----but that was sure an enjoyable run while it lasted! :biggrin:

 

I am ready for another one!
