I've seen at least three times where a Pacer had a clear path to the bucket and inexplicably, stopped and passed back out -- throwing the ball away. Once it was Vic.

Geez, be selfish! Finish the drive!

Yep don't kick it. Go to the rack. That's where we are getting our points.

LeBron's toughest test to date. I've always given him the benefit of the doubt and don't mind seeing his success.

...But this time he can suck it.

He's pretty amazing. I just hate that the only times I ever see him play he is playing against a team I follow.

One thing I think we can all agree on though, wtf was that reporter doing dropping the news about Pop's wife to LeBron during the postgame interview?

"hey LeBron good game. Btw, your friend's wife died tonight. Any thoughts?"

From Ernie Johnson on TNT:

Allie LaForce (who is a consummate pro) gave LeBron James a heads up and asked if he wanted to comment on it.

LeBron said he would and he gave an emotional response.

That's what they're saying at least. Even if they did ask it's crappy to spring that on someone suddenly like that.

The Pacers came up short but they showed some real grit and character falling behind by 18 at the end of the 1st Q and Vic picking up 2 fouls in the first 90 sec.  The Pacers actually won quarters 2, 3 & 4 but just couldn't pull it out in the end.  Vic will replay the final minute in his mind over and over and over as he missed a couple of clutch 3's and had a really bad backcourt TO that led to an easy Cav layup.  King James with 46/12/5 on the night.   Kevin Love reportedly suffered some partially torn ligaments in his left thumb but is not expected to miss any playing time.  Next game Friday night.

The Rockets go up 2-0 over the T'Wolves in a game that must have sounded like the Anvil Chorus as neither team shot the ball very well.  Despite a 2-18 night from Harden and a 3-13 night from EG, the Rockets still win 102-82.  Next game Saturday.

I know people like to complain that LeBron "flops too much", but I just wanted to point out that flopping and whining to the refs is hardly a new phenomenon. There seems to be a lot of revisionist history when it comes to talking about "physical 80s basketball".

Lol, Pacers fans. "Yeah we lost, but LeBron had to go for 46, he won't do that again."

1. You ever seen this dude in the playoffs before?

2. Who exactly do you think we have that can slow him down? We refuse to play Vic on him, for good reason. Thad is fine, but we can't play him the full 46-48 minutes. BB and Lance can't guard him
