It's the fact that they are probably the most clutch team (and Ennis the most clutch player) that solidifies them in my head. I don't know if it's talent or luck or a combination of both but they are unstoppable.

I mean not ready as in not ready to give up our record haha. I think the only way they lose is if someone gets Creighton vs. Nova hot on them. If they beat Duke at Duke it's hard to argue against them winning it all without losing.

I said before that I'm really scared of them taking our record (even though when you're undefeated the best you can do is share the record), but it hurts our collective Hoosier pride even more to have it happen in such a disaster of a season.

I can't imagine how miserable life would be had Yogi not signed with us. Last year just wouldn't have happened and while this season hasn't been ideal it would be about as enjoyable as getting eaten alive by a pack of wolves if it weren't the strides he has made in his game over the past 12 months

 

I doubt the media will ever run with the narrative that Yogi has an Oladipo-esque work ethic (because Yogi was a 5* and Vic didn't have much hype coming out of HS) but I really believe he works every bit as hard as Vic did/does. To spend a considerable amount of time in Russia and manage your academic responsibilities and still make the improvements he has made = uncommon and a sign that someone spent a ridiculous amount of time in the gym

 

by the time Yogi leaves Bloomington I think DJ White is the only player I will have adored as much

Jordan Hulls was the starting point guard on a Sweet 16 team that gave the eventual National Champion it's best game of the tournament.  Oh, and he also was 1 assist away from a double double in said game.  Did you forget that?

That's about as disappointed as I've been in a Hoosier team in a long time. You have to COMPETE for 40 min. Their is plenty of blame to go around w/CTC getting the lions share. IMHO the team is not prepared to handle the pressure of finishing/winning. It's easy to blame the players for the ridiculous TOs at the end of the game, Staff is responsible for making sure that doesn't happen. GO HOOSIERS ! beat Purdue
