Its a big anniversary, what are some of her favorite things? The weather should be better, do a carriage ride and have a bouquet of flowers waiting in the carriage for her. You can have them pick you up after a very nice dinner.

I'm at 15 years this year- taking family on cruise to Belize, Honduras, and Cozumel (I think, lol). Not sure what your situation is w work/kids/finances (my kids have promised to give us a couple romantic dinners on cruise), but I'm sure you'll come up with something!

Use your skills, hand write her a poem and have the waiter hand it to her instead of a menu.

Make sure to cut the edges off if you tear it from a spiral notebook. Frame it and she will keep it forever and never forget it.

I'm not one to give advice, I just learned in the last couple years that the silent treatment isn't actually a reward.
