Honestly I'm not even sure how Groce is really that much of an upgrade over Weber right now.  Granted, I wish Bruce had been given a lifetime contract.  But the muppet isn't doing anything all that incredible in terms of recruiting or coaching right now that I would be like whoa, look out!

In this offense if you can't create your own shot, you're probably not getting a shot.
