Perfect name for an awesome guitarist. Dude is absurdly talented. If you’re on that kick check him out playing with Chris Thiele. Breathtaking playing by 2 guys who make it look like they’re barely even trying and anyone could do it. Home Jersey 1 Quote

Demo Posted Saturday at 11:51 PM Posted Saturday at 11:51 PM Happy birthday to the great, great Thurston Moore. Just 40 years of making searing music. Sonic Youth. Great solo catalog. A million oddball collabs. Just straight up an artist. Side note: Also part of one of my favorite weird little things in music. He collaborated on a version of The Ramones’ “Sheena is a Punk Rocker” that to me is better than the original because it’s a real live smokin’ punk song. But the thing is, it’s not actually a song. It’s like 90 secs of a song done for some tv show and never released as the whole thing. But it’s a killer. Stuhoo 1 Quote

Demo Posted Wednesday at 10:53 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:53 PM Ok, this is why as great and useful and convenient as Spotify or Apple Music or those sorts of platforms are, and other than shamelessly screwing artists they absolutely are, this is why radio can never ever go away. Driving along and out of nowhere some great song you haven’t heard in an age and may have never thought of again pops up and you hear those 1st few notes and just bust out “F—- Yeah” as your turning it up. That is 1 of the hands down best feelings in the world and streaming just can’t replicate that sensation. Needless to say, this song did that for me today. Awesome. And it then begs the question: what was the last song that popped out of nowhere and gave you that little charge and maybe took you back to a place and time? Stuhoo and Muskie plays the four 2 Quote

Music& Audio I've got one from this afternoon. Apologies Demo, but it popped up in my gazillion song Spotify library shuffle while I was at work and I started to do a little happy chair dance. I have no idea what the words mean, and it doesn't matter one little bit! Miriam Makeba singing Pata Pata is a complete joyous occasion: Dave from Dayton 1 Quote
