Half of the folks are no longer participating so I need to figure out a rule to drop those who are no longer participating.  Maybe 4 straight misses....any thoughts?

I'd go 3.  3 strikes you're out kind of thing.

I don't know, I'd almost just keep them in there.  Then maybe just show the top 50 or something like that.  You never know when they'll come back and play again.
