I'm hating this long layoff between both IU and Pacer games.  I'm ready to get it going again tomorrow night.  Even more so since I will be in attendance.

Westbrook is out until the All Star break for the Thunder.  I hate to hear that; I never want to see anyone get  hurt.  The reality is though, that as close as the overall best record in the league goes, this might tip the scale in the Pacers favor.

Just saw the Cavs have suspended Andrew Bynum for "conduct detrimental to the team". And are going to aggressively pursue trading him. They won't release it, but I wonder what he did. Also, he seems to rub everyone he works with the wrong way, if these reports are accurate. Kind of disappointing given the talent he has

I guess 2 out of 3 on the day isn't bad.  It just hurts that the one I care the most about was the loss.  

 

I have to admit I was nervous earlier, but the Pacers have taken control like the best team should.

Lol. I posted way too soon in the Colts game. And yeah with the Pacers, I only got to listen to the second half on the radio, but it sounded like the defense was outstanding, 3rd quarter specifically.

PG is in a bit of a shooting slump the last 3 or 4 games.

If any of you use Bleacher Report, there was a good article written about Lance on there a day or two ago. It details his contract scenarios coming up this offseason, and what Bird will have to do to keep him.

The Heat lost again last night.  The Pacers are now 4 games up on them in the loss column.  That is big for them as they get ready to head out on another west coast road trip.

Don't know if you guys saw this or not, but some of the Pacers players have taken advantage of this small space between games, and not having to travel anywhere between games to do some media stuff. Paul George was on the Jim Rome Show doing an interview, Roy did an interview with Olbermann, George Hill's show tipped of on WNDE, and not with this break, but NBA TV did a behind the scenes look at the Pacers called "On a Mission".

Paul's dunk in the fourth quarter was absolutely sick
