Good for Teri and IU.  Building not buying.  I like building better.  This certainly looks like a good building process!
Fans need to be patient, because I think we're a little thin right now, especially in the post.  This process may take a while with Azi on the mend.  Hopefully her being treated well now will help keep her here in the future.
