SlammySammy Posted August 28, 2024 Posted August 28, 2024 Anyone catch this doc on Netflix about the sign-stealing controversy with Michigan a year or two ago? Very enlightening...I think we will never know if Mich won that title due to Connor Stallion or improved coaching and players....I had no idea counterintelligence was huge for each university as far as sign-stealing. Torn on whether I despise this guy or envy his dedication.. Quote
Hovadipo Posted August 28, 2024 Posted August 28, 2024 What he did was garbage and there's no chance that the head man didn't know, but Michigan didn't win a title because of him. His self-importance is hilarious and he's about 25% as smart as he thinks he is. I liked that the doc had him say his piece and let the viewer decide how stupid he is. A lot of what he says in the first half of the doc related to his time at Navy and his "system" is just outright BS. mamasa and RaceToTheTop 2 Quote
SlammySammy Posted August 28, 2024 Author Posted August 28, 2024 Stallion seems like he may be somewhere on the spectrum...seemed very odd in the doc.... Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted August 29, 2024 Posted August 29, 2024 Cheaters gonna cheat. And he did. They cheated better than the other cheaters but the players also made the plays. That defense was tough but when you know run vs pass that is a gigantic advantage if he really has it honed in. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted August 29, 2024 Posted August 29, 2024 There is a pattern to Harbaugh. He wins but when he leaves, no one is really that upset about it. SlammySammy 1 Quote
