What college player(s) impress you?

Along the same line.  Maybe throw in some mentions of guys that some people might not have seen play.

For me, David Roddy of Colorado State is impressive.  Built like a football player playing basketball -- and was in fact Mr. Football in high school in Minnesota as a pro-style quarterback (6'5", 245 pounds in high school.....and had an offer to play football at Northwestern).  Putting up unreal shooting totals for Colorado State this year -- 58% from the field, 50% on threes (33 of 66), 19 points per game, 8 boards, 3 assists.  Junior who has started since he's been at Colorado State.  Even if he doesn't take the extra covid year he has a great chance of ending up with 2,000 points at Colorado State.

Love watching Roddy play. First impression is he's just a banger, due to his build, but that cat can ball out. Has that refuse to lose attitude that he wears on his sleeve, gotta love that.

Sticking with the MWC (cause I love me some MWC), Bryce Hamilton(UNLV) has been fun to watch recently. Averaging 29.5 ppg over the last month, he's a volume scorer, but when he gets it going he's lights out.

Justin Bean( Utah St) is pretty smooth too. 18.6 ppg on 59% from field/ 50% from 3, 10 rebounds and 2.6 assists. Utah St could be a darkhorse to win the MWC tourney if they get Brock Miller back, but I'm not sure on his status and its his back, so that's never good. He's the bald dude with the headband that is the ultimate glue guy. Love watching him play and he's a good story too, the baldness is due to a disease that prevents him from growing hair.
