IMO Mcswain is a better option. I'd say that both only enter the game for energy, rebounding, and defense. Mcswain is better than McRoberts in everything besides energy. Another I don't like about McRoberts is the stupid fouls he commits. He typically has at least 1 foul a game that is just a "what were you thinking" foul.

I don't know, IMO Freddie is high risk. He's not a basketball player, he's an athlete masquerading a basketball player. McRoberts isn't great, but the kid plays hard, moves the ball super fast (which is a big thing), isn't going to take bad shots or turn it over, plays good D and has had some hustle loose ball pick ups.

Id take McRoberts. I'm not really sure what Freddie does to add while he's out there.

I would play Freddie as little as Priller.

Freddie is starting to defend quite well, and can do so at multiple positions.
However, would only play him when both JBj and RoJo are also on the court, and as many have said, never at the same time as McRoberts.

I agree. Each of our bench players are going to be asked to play important minutes throughout the season and will be expected to produce. Otherwise, why are they on the team? I'm fine with the guys we have, getting the minutes they have. All are capable players who hustle, play defense, and have a team first mentality. The caveat being that we cannot get caught again, with them on the floor at the same time. The difficulty is managing the bench minutes so that each of those players has scoring and leadership support.

Clearly neither bring much to the table but I still disagree with you. And if you think McRoberts is a better defender than Mcswain that's highly questionable. Can't remember McRoberts getting a lot of rebounds either.

I think McRoberts is a better defender. Hes played some really good defense at times. He's just a smarter player, and he's a basketball player that plays with his head, whereas Freddie is an athlete trying to play basketball.

Im im not saying I really want either in the rotation, but I'd take McRoberts over Freddie in a heartbeat right now.

If you take fouling into the equation, Mcswain is much better. Freddie is an athlete trying to play basketball, which he can do on the defensive side. I'd say he's the best defender on the team outside of Juwan.
