Helped NC had a guy on committee? I’m not a conspiracy guy but NC had no business being in last year, that was a complete hose job and a crock -
But keep Dorn in starting lineup plz

I'm wondering if maybe we're undervaluing the W (and Rutgers W) a bit without considering the overall impact of Dorn's role change. So it's only recent and a small sample size, but Dorn to the starters and his scoring role change looks at this point to me like it may be impacting our scoring ability (late game notwithstanding) in a way that changes the team's potential. Said it above but as a 2-man show on offense with Wilk and Tucker B1G teams have been largely shutting us down because of lack of additional scoring impact particularly with the starters. Recent games -- Dorn: 6 shots in 28 min vs MSU, for 6 points. 2 shots total in 19 min vs Iowa. 9 shots against Mich. in 29 min scoring 14. 11 shots w/5-5 FTs against Rutgers in 36 min for 23 points. 11 shots and 2-2 FTs against PU in 31:41 for 18 points. Yes it's a small sample size and probably still a wait and see, but I think it's possible we're somewhat undervaluing the team based on past results before Dorn's role change.

Dead last twice lol -
I am cautiously optimistic (somehow, not sure how) that our guys will get it together for this game and come away with the W. Rutger is bad. We're not good on the road but did win at MD, our last W. Time to put the 4-game losing streak behind, get a W before having to deal with PUke. This may be a year where we look like we're out but then have a run in the back end of the schedule. Once we get to Feb. 24, it's home games against NW, MSU, Minny, then at OSU to close out the season. At least a possibility of a 4-0 run.

Personally I think Moren was upset with the team that then essentially bailed on her and departed en masse after last season, that related to her talk of considering retirement. Don't know personally of course, but I disagree with the idea that she's not coaching -- she's dealing with the repercussions of an en masse player departure and a team in transition, with an absolutely outstanding -- best in program history -- incoming class next season on the way, while she also just once again excelled as HC in USA Basketball, as HC of the 2025 U19 Women's Team She's the all time winningest HC in IU women's bball history. 3 SW16's, an Elite Eight, 7 NCAA appearance, 10 consecutive tourney appearances, recently again B1G COY (2023). Not so much in this thread but there have been several posts on this Board taking pot shots at her and her coaching and to me that is flat out stupid. She's an outstanding coach, and while this season looks to be a disaster, for which she takes blame as HC, she's positioned herself with the new recruiting asst coach to be in great position next season. That doesn't look like retirement to me, and I hope it's not, trying to find a replacement coach at her level of ability? Good luck with that.
