Archie now 2-0 being a coach in the Crossroads Classic. With the way recruiting is going, I can see that "0" staying there for a while.

I said “I 100% think he’s coming to IU” as in: as far as my own opinion goes I don’t have any doubts...and “surprise” as in: WHEN he finally makes the announcement, not WHO he’s going to choose.

Yeah I 100% think he’s coming to IU, now just wondering which timeframe is gonna be the accurate one. New info could be smokescreen stuff, but if not oh well. Now that there’s talk that he could wait until towards the end of the month, it’ll be his chance to surprise people and pop out of nowhere like Trayce did.

Trusted insider on the other site said not to expect a commitment this weekend because it won’t happen, but should be by Christmas. Any comparable news to that on here?

As soon as Justin caught that cutting pass I knew he’d get stuffed or be way off. NOT what I expected of him with all the off season hype he was getting

Was hoping to see Archie get Romeo going right off the bat with the way he took over against Northwestern. He’s the type of player that you just expect the shot to go in when he puts it up.

Thanks. Reason I asked was because of the theory that Keion may commit on Saturday before game against Trayce, so it’ll be nice to not have to wait and wonder if that happens.

If we don’t start playing like we did against Marquette on a regular basis, we will probably get beat way more often than not. Michigan looked awesome against North Carolina and if we play with the effort we had at Duke then Michigan will give us the same result at their place. They were impressive. They had that tough, refuse to lose way about them on the court...something we lack way more often than not and can be quite frustrating. When we show all out effort we look really good, and when we don’t we get destroyed unless we happen to be playing Columbia City High School, and the players act like it’s not as big deal as it should be.

I have a feeling since McRoberts made his way back last night, he will start against Northwestern and Al will stay in the starting lineup, leaving Justin on the bench to start. I could see Rob, Al, Romeo, Zach, and Juwan.

Maybe we will have a really good shot at beating them next year at home in the IU/North Carolina or Duke Challenge.

Well shoot, the only keys to the game I had that actually happened were that McRoberts and Green played, lol

I saw it over on the Hoosier Sports Nation site. Someone also said a source knew of Trayce’s brother telling bunch of people around school to make sure they attend the game to see it happen. I’m not stating any of this as fact, just passing along info I have seen other places in the past handful of hours.

Maybe this will wake them up and show them what a real team playing with fight and passion looks like...just sucks that we can’t already be awake and do that in the damn first place, and that’s what I wish we could expect out of them EVERY game. We shouldn’t have to have wake up calls to get our rears in gear.

That video of Green hitting 13 3’s in a row during their warmups was pretty cool...
