I'm anxious and interested in hearing what Romeo will say about why he chose who he did. What he thinks about the place and what he see's as being able to happen while he's here is gonna pump people right the heck up.

Indeed, and that's what i love so much about Archie and what makes him so legit. He's doing what it takes to win NOW and appears to be succeeding with flying colors. He knows darn well what the IU fans expect out of the program, and what he's been able to do so far in such a short period of time at IU makes him a grade A badass in my book, ha.

I agree that Chris007 confirmed it a while ago, but I will say that I’ve seen this particular poster reassure people for a while as well that Romeo to IU was gonna happen. Not saying it really matters, just wanted to make sure to mention that his post wasn’t him just now stating something like this. He’s been reassuring people and telling them to relax for a while. I just know I’m excited and tomorrow night can’t come soon enough! In Archie we trust.

The other day Anderson posted something on twitter saying something like "..we all know he's coming to IU" but then it disappeared because he took it down fairly quickly.

sweet, and yeah that makes sense that he would have known he screwed up right after he did it. as far as everything else goes, he's in the right to be so reassuring?

Yeah all these Kansas positive vibes are being put out there to keep things interesting and suspenseful....there's just no way he doesn't choose IU. Not only does he know it'll be best for his brand, but I'm sure he knows he's going to be the cause of a pretty significant domino effect for the program.

i saw someone say on another site that the red slippers he is wearing to prom could be taken as "There's No Place Like Home", haha geez

Maybe Grimes saying at these events that he thinks Romeo is going to join him is just something Romeo asked of him to do to keep the suspense alive and make people start to think they have no idea what’s going on and who he will pick. If they are good friends, maybe that’s something Grimes was willing to do for him and his moment in the spotlight, even if he knows he really won’t be joining him at Kansas. (My positive thinking)

Yep I think Mr Langford just said stuff that way to keep the suspense up until Monday for other fans.

Gotcha. Thanks for that info. By no means was I saying it as a fact, just seemed like he was that site’s go to guy, for the most part, for info just based off how people react to him and rely on him for inside info. I heavily prefer my dose of Chris007...and this site as a whole to begin with.

Nope, Stuhoo pointed out who he was and i responded. He ended up saying something else after he posted that saying what he has isn’t insider info, but something related to Romeo he has been working on and was going to reveal on Sunday. The only thing that made me think it had more substance was the fact that he said if news gets leaked about it before Sunday then there will be no point in sharing what he had. He’s a poster on another IU message board, Hoosier Sports Nation. I wanna say he’s pretty much their version of Chris007, ha.

Yep, that’s who I was talking about, and that all makes sense, thanks! Plus, I just saw him post not too long ago now that what he plans on revealing on Sunday isn’t insider info, but just “something to do with Romeo that he has been working on that he hopes people will enjoy”...so yeah, it’s nothing anyone on that site was thinking it was.

An insider on the other side who is a very trusted, respectable guy said he has some news he will share on Sunday as long as it doesn’t leak before then, in which case he won’t be saying anything on Sunday...hmm, ideas on what it could be? Wonder if any insiders on here could know what he’s talking about and whether it’s something we may already know....my giant stab would be Hurt reclassifying and coming to IU with Romeo. With the one and done rules likely changing in the near future, he may want to get the ball rolling with getting to play one year in school and head off to the NBA before he’s unable to do so......or, that could not be it at all, ha

I’m thinking he was just sneaky and smart enough to think to say something like that to keep the suspense alive and make people think it could very well NOT be IU.....(but really it is )

Late Monday night into the next few days afterwards, we will begin to see the “we didn’t want him anyways. He’s not that good” comments from Vandy and Kansas fans...

If I see Chris007 or Pap respond to your post saying “PM sent, pictures included” (of signed papers), I’d probably pass out, hahaha

It feels so great to have this much confidence about getting high level recruits...and it’s really only just begun.

How long of a drive would folks be willing to make for the announcement I wonder? I’d be looking at a good 4.5 hours coming from about 25 minutes north of Fort Wayne....hmm, thinking..thinking...(thinking my wife would call me insane)..
