They seem to forget TB, JBJ, Yogi, Zeller & Noah. Add Troy, Gordon, OG & Victor & we have a solid NBA nucleus building to vouch for us now. Simons & a junior King who by then could be in the NBA but if not Romeo will not be promised anything there. He may end up playing the most minutes on the team, but the uncertainty would worry me. Also seemed to get some good info last week. Had a buddy tell me UNC and Duke were almost completely out of the picture. I know Duke was said to have stopped contacting him but didn't mean they were out. Well today he sent me a text saying told ya so and I look on twitter and see Duke is now involved with Khavon Moore and UNC is involved with Nasir Little. Isn't just related to Romeo news I know but it does show they aren't sold he is seriously considering them. Duke has a few targets at his position and have heard Reddish was their main target. Exactly. That is why it is nice to have a good % but I also pay attention to dates. Marcum is one of the few that has a pick in before most. As someone stated above he has sources, but then again they all do, but Marcum is one of the guys I seem to go off. Meyer only because he always picks the day before so I know he is usually right by what everyone is saying at the time. I like Dylan Preskop and Andrew Slater as well. With R.J Barrett coming to 2018, it only helps us. Maybe not with U of L. Not sure if they are after him, but UK & Kansas are the front runners for him and almost 95% sure their attention is on him for the next few months. Not that they can't go after both, but with top 10 kids most schools can make them a priority and like the attention and I believe like many of us have thought this makes it almost surely a U of L & IU battle. I say he gets a free pass from ANY criticism this year, but next year we should be able to gripe if we under achieve. Year 3 is when I will start to judge him from stretches of the season. Regardless he is the guy I want for a long time so unless we miss the tourney the next 3 years I want him to have at least 5 years before even considering a change. Mannnn this is exactly what I was saying. I think Bron has every right to leave he did what he set out to do, but he also doesn't want to get torn apart over leaving again. If Cavs go the young asset route for Kyrie it makes perfect sense for both to part ways. On a side not I believe the Cavs should ask for a similar return as the Bulls got for Butler. 2 young pieces and a good draft pick or another young guy w a vet. IMO this is best case scenario. If he was that sold on U of L like most say, why would he wait till Spring? Could still happen, but as of now hopefully this slows the Romeo to U of L talk. The longer this goes on, the more time we get to sell him on IU and Archie. He can see how Archie coaches and how his sets will work to fit his game. I really hope we can get him to HH. I expect this year to be our biggest year for HH. The '19 5 stars, the commits from this class, Garland & RP both could come without using an official and so can Romeo, which would help us a lot. If Romeo wants to be the guy U of L will lose more and more traction. Simmons, Ramey and a possible w Moses Brown among others. If V.J King stays then he will have a lot of guys to compete for the ball with. One school I NEVER hear with Romeo that I believe to be a huge sleeper is Vandy. I won't discount them until he does. I see them, us, U of L & KU as well as UNC or UK getting visits and just like with us the longer he waits the better for them.

A lot has been overblown with Crean. His most "loved" guys actually didn't love him and vise versa lol. I have heard many stories about all of them, but only guys for sure I know of was Cody & Noah. Yogi and family LOVED him as we all know. Watford's situation was more his family not him personally which is why like Brass said he was at his wedding so. Every coach has these things though. Their teenagers and were all the "man" in HS so feelings are bound to be hurt. Back to the most important part is Trendon and this kid is gonna be special. Besides Wiseman he would be my main target. If Patrick isn't healthy then I think Williams is our best shot. I think the kid is gonna have a HUGE year if he ends up with the majority of the carries. With the wideouts we got and the line along with HOPEFULLY an improved qb. Still think Ramsey is our best qb but we will see. I am very excited for this year. Damezi is the kind of kid that you don't expect much his first year, but by years 2 or 3 he comes outta no where and ends up being one of our best players. His shooting ability and his work off screens makes me excited in Archie's system. Will need to put an emphasis on his handles though and depending on position lose some pounds or gain some. Kinda why I think he pops before Spring. He is a good kid and I believe he wants this to be over. He has had the same silent leaders for awhile. UK may have snuck in but he has known as we all have it is Duke, IU, U of L and maybe UK. No need to prolong it. I think besides a PG, this years class for UK will all be very late adds. With multiple guys at most positions, some kids will stay. I believe they have only 3 guys in the 1st in most mock drafts. PJ, Diallo & Knox or Vanderbilt can't remember.
