Whoever thought these words would ever be uttered by an IU fan....... Might have to pull for UK today because they run a cleaner program than their opponent?!?! Last year, during the tourney, I said it was unreal that zero broadcasters mentioned University of No Classes infractions but was told to be patient. Here we are a year later and crickets in regards to the years of UNC classroom fraud.

Coach K said he needs more depth during his post game interview.... He has a point as they only have 8 Burger Boys plus a number 47 recruit and another that was rated 1st or second in the country (depending on service) but was not a burger boy due to injury when he was a high school senior. Boo hoo...only having 10 top recruits on the roster is a lot to overcome.

It is very common for a new hire to make changes and if everyone wants to stay (which will not happen) his hand is forced anyway. the player count will work out. One or two will go pro, sounds like Hartman is leaning towards working, does Galon really think he belongs in BT, etc.

Actually the writer quotes a number of people that agree it is an elite job and the tone is very positive in regards to what IU offers.

Both "Bluebloods" sank but Alabama made the home run hire and got back to where they were and where the old time fans thought they should be. A different story at Notre Dame. Saban went from good college coach, to pros back to college.......Sounds like a good path for Billy D.

If they win today and then 2 two more games they will have has many Elite 8's as IU in the last 20 years (1 each) :(

This dates me but the Regulator took about a half point off my GPA (Peanut Barrel, Bluebird and Motleys did not help either).

I do not closely follow the NBA and do not know the answer to this question but..... Does BD enjoy coaching one of the best players on the planet? Depending on the coach-ability of the player it could be a pleasure or pure hell.

Word on the street is that MSB and Gelon are shopping themselves as a package deal. My sources at the Bloomington airport mentioned charters landing from Lexington and Durham.....just saying.

Long term who knows which of those three would do the best job. Near term.... Billy, by far, would excite recruits and the fan base more than the other two.

Are there any "national guys" giving credence to Billy to IU or is this primarily just board talk.

Good news as the marriage was clearly over. That being said I hope he always receives, like Mike Davis, a warm welcome if he gets back to AH. On the other hand, I would still boo Kelvin if I saw him in a grocery store.

Fred essentially "threw" the game. It is a real issue if Fred cannot reflect on what he did (put HIS team/school in a much worse position to win) and realize that he has to part ways with TC.

So you do not think the '76 and '81 players would have gained anything if he would have attended the events that THEY begged him to attend?? Great coach but a petty, bitter, hypocritical old man.
