I love the optimism and how we played in the second half but before we raise the victory flag for the Duke game..... We beat a USF team that also has many players not familiar with their coach and each other. We beat a USF team that lost at home last week, by 10, to Morgan State (whatever that is) We have more talent than USF. Hope I am wrong but I think Duke will beat us by 20. Allen is going to feast on the perimeter and we are in trouble underneath if Davis picks up 3-4 fouls.

Do not have the order in front of me but the string of games against Michigan. Iowa, Loisville, Duke and Notre Dame could be really ugly.

Hate to see all the senior defensive players leaving. Never thought I would live to see IU's D force so many 3 and outs.

Won't see game for 20 more minutes. Good to hear we are already up. Decent crowd for senior day/"must win" for bowl game or did weather forcast scare everyone?

Who would have guessed it? Two shockers.... 1) Jurkin is still in school?? 2) In 25 minutes he scores 17 (7/8 from the field!) and gets 7 boards against Kentucky!

Seeing Duke, MSU, KU and UK is fun to watch but on the other hand I see a dozen of Romeo type talents among those four teams. We are a long, long ways from being where we want to be.

I hate Scumapari but they have been to the final four 4 of the last 7 years and are tied 32-32 against Kansas in the first test of their careers....they are bad because ????

I loathe Scumapari but the scoreboard says that he has taken his freshmen 5 stars to the FF four of the last seven years including a national championship. I do not want to emulate him but he seems to be doing pretty well with his 5 stars.

Wish he was coming here but I am not going to get all bent out of shape over what a 17 year old high school kid says.

One and done is not a huge focus of Archie's. He re-recruited all three of Crean's commits and signed 5 2018 players (Race included) none of which are one and dones. He would be nuts not to go after a 5 star Hoosier and a 5 star player that has some ties to the state.

Maybe Romeo does go there, who knows? On the other hand it seems that a very small percentage of recruits that seem(or say) to want to play together actually end up going to the same school.

Al and Smith are going to eat up some minutes this year.

It should not take as long. Lets not forget how bad it was. Creams top scorer was Klye Taber, a walk on, that averaged one point a game the previous year. We do not have much talent but a lot more, and more on the way, than in those days.

Love seeing Al play so well. He has seemed to be absolutely thrilled to be a Hoosier from day one. Do not want to jump to conclusions this early but really hope he has a good run here.
