  1. Everybody loves a winner and that ain't been us for a long time.
  2. Ain't the internet wonderful? This from a guy who follows 6 others and has a whopping 9 followers of his own.
  3. From the time I learned how to read baseball box scores I was a Dodger fan. Free agency hit and my interest in the Dodgers and baseball in general slowly started to fade away. Really like a player and poof he was gone. College basketball has become the same way. Simply can't let yourself become emotionally tied to any one player let alone an entire roster. A player decides to leave, so be it.
  4. Maybe that means we've got his roster spot signed, sealed and nearly delivered.
  5. Last night Avery Parker hit her 45th career home run tying her with Taylor Minnick for the IU record and she still has 16 regular season games remaining.
  6. Hooks and Hess combine to toss a 3-hit shutout and our women get a 9-0 win over Butler in 6 innings. We had 12 hits led by VanBrandt with 3 and Parker and Haberstroh each with 2. Haberstroh finished with 4 RBI and Parker 3. PUke (26-12) (6-6) and 4-7 in road games in town for the upcoming weekend series.
