You reach an age(waves hand wildly) where if a role can give you what you need from it then the comfort factors become the thing. 12 months ago nobody would have said this job had the pathway that a guy who's goal was top of the foodchain would live with. Dude's proved in 1 season that it does. So his comfort level with the outside stuff is gonna be the deal and there is no universe where anyone's gonna question a single thing he wants. Imagine the stadium expansion plans are already in the works. Giant-a$$ raise? Probably already negotiated. Staff raises? Watch how fast. It is gonna be good to be Cig and he has absolutely earned it.
