How do CJ’s stats change if you count his crappy shots as turnovers?

He doesn’t have to change the way I think. I always knew Michigan and OSU sucked. Add Purdue, u of I, iowa, Wisconsin, et. Al. Now add USC UCLA etc. they suck too.

Getting rid of the "we can't do that mentality." Heck, there are several posters here who would just settle for "Kentucky like" results and go to a few bowl games. He's made it clear -- he expects to play in the B10 Championship.

He did his homework. And frankly, I think he knows it won't be "that difficult" to improve record wise. Spent a lot of time talking about winning those 1 score games. We lost 4 games by 7 points or less. You change those around and we are at 7 wins. Recruit and develop your talent. Play tight and penalty free. Instant improvement and work from there.

I still have eligibility, Grad transfer. where do I sign up. :) Think they all did a good job. My guess is P Witten is behind a lot of this. She's always around the programs. One day she'll come out with dyed red hair.

Yeah. Said he was going until 75. With the money we threw at him, doesn't sound like he'll have to now. I'm guessing this is his last stop. 3-5 years to get the program up to speed. Then 3-5 to gain that consistency. Then retire and on to the next guy.

Frankly, rather just put in real seats. And then spend the money on practice facilities and things the players will use everyday. All they need on game day is a great playing surface and a packed, loud stadium. You can come back to the stadium later as success fuels those other improvements.

He needs a couple assistant he trusts to review the current roster of players to determine who to re-recruit. And the 100s of players in the portal to recruit. His own player personnel staff. They can do the grunt work, while he does bowl game prep. BUT, the minute that 4th QTR is over, he's on a plane to B-town to roll up them sleeves and get going.

I don’t think they are bowl eligible. I think there is a two year probation period when you move up a level. That was the big dust up from the Pat McCafrey video.

Why would it fly to Indy? Not even enough time the check out campus.

IDK. I like the guy. But he doesn't fit many of the requirements of the people here. He's basically a click above D3. With an Alabama pedigree, he hasn't landed a bigger job? Really. IU is the best he can do? Is he really any different than an assistant from a big tyne program? What's the knock on him? With that said -- I do like him. Saw his video and I think he's got the right temperament. He could do some things, I think. But I am a homer -- I'll back any IU coach until he gives me a reason not to.

Why would he leave for IU of all places? Seems like he's got a pretty good thing going and he's enjoying himself.

So the guys spends 7 mins saying something he could have said in 2 min. Then sets up an expectation that this hire is done in the next few days. Thereby guaranteeing "controversy" if it goes into next week.

It's not about Scott Dolson either.
