    I’d be looking for specialists at this point. Guys that can to one thing great. The lock down defender, the 3 point sharpshooter, and the rim protector.

    The reality is the head Coach and GM have to work hand in glove to be successful. If the GM is giving the coach players that don't fit his style, only trouble results. CDDV tells Carr, we need a big man. Carr give him the ranks of all the bigs available, they review and discuss positives/negatives, and then pull someone like Samet Yigitoglu out of their a$$. : ]

    Wasn’t the a proposal or rule that the NIL deals would be reviewed for commercial viability. In other words they would have to at least appear to be legitimate. Not just a few million for a “no show” job.

    Not being negative. Just objective. The current standard bearer in the conference got a major commitment day 1. As far as I know we have only three visits set up. Seems to me, with everything that we need, we should have a lot more activity this weekend and going into next week. But like I said, let’s see what this weekend brings.

    Let’s see what this first weekend brings. We kind of seem behind given the “head start” we had. But if we can land a couple of “our guys” this weekend we’ll have some momentum to fill out the roster. If we get nothing, then IDK but it ain’t looking too good.

    Yep, no players with an injury history. We had a few guys barely pick up a ball last year.

    The way people are talking about spending big money on 2-3 players, there not be enough for a starting caliber guy. So you may as well go with what you know.
