MSU will beat Kansas, then Purdue will beat MSU and Michigan next week to go to the Final Four.

I've got a bad feeling about next week. Gregg Doyel picked Purdue to reach the Final 4, and when I saw it my first thought was "yeah right," but when I thought about it, suddenly it didn't seem so far-fetched. When you get as many lucky breaks as they have this year, anything can happen.

If Purdue blows this game, GBI might break the internet. But I think Purdue has it.

Meant to post this earlier, but the discussion about Donovan's fit at Indiana was maybe the first time I've heard Florida and East Coast lumped together. Does anyone else ever associate Florida with the East Coast? I guess I've always thought of Big East and ACC basketball when thinking about that part of the country.

Marquette has 15 turnovers with 7 minutes left in the game. I guess they're paying homage to Tom Crean. Luke Fischer has a huge brace on his left shoulder. I wonder if he got in another fight with Jeremy Hollowell?

This Marquette-South Carolina game is crazy.

Has Calipari ever done an interview without reminding everyone he has a bunch of freshmen?

#1, 2 and 3 seem incredibly petulant to me. I'm not worried about someone's desire to recruit. We just need someone who can coach. And I'm not worried about recruiting relationships in our state either, because our next coach couldn't possibly butcher them like Crean did.

I bet it's because Donovan's not an IU guy.

I heard after we missed the NIT in 2014, Crean called a mandatory team meeting as soon as the NIT show was over and spent a solid hour screaming at everybody. Blasted the seniors for their lack of leadership, even trashed the walk-ons for not giving them more in practice and said they would never amount to anything after they left IU.

Why do you think Donovan doesn't fit here?

Hate seeing officials take over a game like that. That was NOT a flagrant foul. It happens countless times at the end of close games. Horrible.

Reminds me of when we used to be "rivals" with Illinois and their fans were always on our boards, they lost to Western Kentucky in the first round and I got an angry PM from one of them saying "Your a stupid inbread! IU sucks!"
