  1. 31 in a row over UK. Every time I get down thinking about how we haven't beaten OSU or Michigan since 1987, I remember that UK has gone one year longer than that since beating Florida...and they've played them every year since.
  2. I haven't forgotten our game there a couple years ago, when one of our running backs was on his back after a carry and a Purdue player came up and stomped on his facemask. They've got some real winners in that program. Is someone going to write an article about how Purdue leading at the half shows how far they've come? I've never seen a fanbase and the media go into such a frenzy over a 2-1 start.
  3. Purdue is a "stronger team" after losing Swanigan, and could challenge for a #1 seed? Also, how does Northwestern make this list twice with a pair of games that won't even be played in their home arena?
  4. If it's Georgia Tech then I hope Fall Break isn't that weekend. Then we'd have to move the game to Georgia Tech due to lack of students.
  5. If we schedule a different team, then that team ends up playing an extra game. Is that allowed? It pretty much has to be FCS. No Power 5 team is going to give up a bye week to play a road game.
  6. I hate to sound insensitive, but was this really necessary? I've never heard of a game getting cancelled a week after a hurricane, especially when it wasn't in the area affected.
  7. I distinctly remember the discussions three years ago about how they had 3 NFL quarterbacks on their roster and they were about to become the next Alabama because Meyer was so great at developing QB's. Barrett is no better now than he was as a freshman.
  8. I read some of their boards and there were people whining about how they're so awful and they may lose 3 games this year.
  9. Not sure it really matters. We aren't competing for a Big Ten or national championship.
  10. 9 false starts.
  11. Louisville's bus will probably have a false start when they get ready to go home tonight.
  12. 3rd and 1 for Louisville...false start #7. Unreal. LOL, then of course on 3rd and 6, they get 5 yards.
  13. Going for 2 after taking a 4 point lead is dumb, yet everyone does it.
  14. Six false starts. I've never seen a team commit that many in one game.
  15. LOL, Louisville with 3 fumbles and 5 false starts. They are just completely out of sorts.
  16. What makes it worse is that Louisville is handing it to them. Seriously, how do you fumble not once, but twice inside the 5?
  17. Not really. Louisville would be up 24-7 if they could hang onto the ball.
  18. Louisville with 3 false starts and 5 total penalties in just 8 minutes against Purdue, along with a fumble inside Purdue's 5 yard line.
  19. I'd honestly rather lose by 3 TD's than have it end like the Michigan game two years ago. I still haven't gotten over that one.
  20. February 30th.
  21. They're probably trying to figure out why the ball is round and why there's no grass.
  22. Knight didn't have to sell himself; his results spoke for themselves. Coaches who have to talk about coaching an NBA All-Star and going to a Final Four over a decade ago are usually the ones who are getting their butts kicked on the recruiting trail and whine about successful coaches waking up on third base thinking they hit a triple.
  23. Crean is bad at coaching basketball. And he's weird. I've got plenty more jabs, but I'll stop there. Yes, I'm immature sometimes. No, I don't care.
  24. I've worked at the same place for two very different types of managers. The first one had a clear vision of what he wanted our workplace to be, was very organized and structured, and was a man of the people. We kept a lot of employees because it was a fun place to be. The other one was very sloppy, didn't communicate well with anyone, wasn't clear with what he expected of his employees, was always running behind and just had a knack for being awkward and messing things up. Staff turnover was crazy because he made his employees feel unimportant and unwanted. Some people just have what it takes to be in charge. Just like some people have what it takes to run a basketball program while others should just be watching.
