Ref Pat Adams from UNC game

Here's a little background on the embarrassment they called officiating during the UNC game:

Pat Adams- 

 League- Horizon and SEC

Also was the leader of a crew that called 50 fouls in 40 minutes of an Arkansas vs Texas A and M game thus past January. Widely considered one of the worst in the SEC

Joe De Rosa- 

Leagues- SEC and Big 12

contoversial games- was NBA official for 22 years including ejecting an Orlando Magic fan for heckeling him

Lee Casell-

League-SEC

Contoversial game- Was on the same crew with Pat Adams and garnered much criticism for their management of the SEC tourney game in 2015 between Ole Miss and South Carolina

Problem is, you can post a rap sheet on every ref that's officiated every IU game in the last 20 years. The NCAA and Conferences are in no mood to seek out newer officials so we're stuck with the same couple dozen refs that have called every tournament game in our lifetimes.

Which includes Pat Driscoll and Ted Valentine and it is a good thing that Ed Hightower retired.
