Women's Soccer vs Purdue

Good luck to the ladies tonight as the take on Purdue in Bloomington.  IU comes in at 3-9-6, while the evil Boilers are 8-8-1.  This is for the Golden Boot, a traveling trophy introduced in 2002, which Purdue has dominated.  Go Hoosiers!

Ugh, hate losing to Purdue. Has women's soccer ever been good? Not trying to be mean, just don't know much about their program.

I think Purdue beat us something like 15 straight seasons (I read that while looking for information on the Golden Boot trophy).  I don't ever remember them being a consistent powerhouse.
