Are we recruiting Adaway?

As much as I like watching him play, I don't see him being IU material really. He's been on multiple unofficial visits but he is being recruited heavily by IUPUI, Dayton, and those types of schools and thats where I think he ultimately ends up

Unless he perfects a jumper I think you are right. Shot looks a lot better this year but still has a lot of room to grow which is kinda scary.

Definitely a lot of room to grow, but he seems to lack confidence, which is key. He has put up some big numbers in games but they haven't been too impactful. He doesn't demand the ball enough. I think his best bet would be to end up at Butler, which I definitely think he can. He has great athleticism but Id much rather see us get Wilkes, Scruggs, and Gunn out of the 2017 class

Forsure. Could even see him end up at purdue.

Harrison attempted the Gibson Southern stall/hold the ball tactic the other night. Reitz still scored almost 80 and won comfortably.

The stall game worked for a while. My Vincennes team lost two games the year they were the state champs in '81. They lost to Barr Reeve in a stall game. It was very disciplined and they never wavered. That type of game is the best way to beat Reitz. The Southport game will be interesting. If Reitz can easily handle them, teams will need to look at what Harrison did early. It will have to be for 4 quarters and they can't break from it.

Reitz beat Mt. Vernon, 111-36, tonight to raise its offensive average to 93.6 and average margin to 36.6. State records are 92.9 and 31.9.

How is Reitz putting up those kind of numbers? By that, I mean, do they call off the dogs early in a blowout or do they continue to press and leave their starters in? I haven't seen them play. Obviously those numbers are really impressive, but if they've got starters in up 50+ and pressing/running, it kind of lessens the impact I think.

I read that they put the jv team in to start the 3rd or at least very early on in the 3rd.

Yes, they play some JV players in blowouts, but they have 6 scholarship players on the team. So they have 2 Seniors on the bench that come in during blowouts that don't normally see much time but when they come in they are still solid players.

They do press the entire game though, at least at the 6 games I have been to. This is what some locals are questioning. Wondering if the coach cares more about the records than he does conserving some legs for a State Champ run.
