High major teams losing to D2 teams almost never happens To follow up usually if a high major team loses to a D2 team if really doesn’t count against the record since they play them mostly in exhibition games at the beginning of the year. This one was a regular season game that counts. Who knows maybe Kansas st can shake it off and have a successful season. Syracuse lost an exhibition game one year and everyone lost their crap over it. They ended up going to the final 4 that year Quote
