All I know is there were 2 people arrested, Latham, and then a white male. My friend didn't know the name of the 2nd person unfortunately. We will know soon though

Apparently Latham was just let go, but the white kid was taken away with the cops. No clue what occurred

Well it was my brother who told me, and I don't think he would lie about this. He knows what Latham looks like too, so I am 100% confident he didn't just make this up

Update, apparently they were searching Latham and the other kid, my guess would be for drugs. With Latham being released they must have not found anything on him and something on the other kid, but this is my guess at this point
