Site issues

Is anyone else having issues with the site displaying correctly? I visit the site and I don't get the background or banner or anything. Just a white background with links lined up down the left side, and occasionally it returns a SQL server error without listing an error number. I've tried clearing my cache, and using different browsers and different devices and it's the same on all of them.

Any other ides to resolve the issue? Anyone else having an issue?

We've been trying to add a few more features to the site but it appears they might be more troublesome than they are worth.
