Do we need another guard?  I’m somewhat confused by the idea of a reclass guard unless he’s the second coming of Pistol Pete Maravich…or at least my namesake, Jimmy Rayl.  lol.  :))

We don’t need another guard for the coming year.

But all four of our top four guards are out of eligibility after this season. We have two spots to fill with players that could be rotation guards after this year.

I’m fine with recruiting him, but I didn’t think we really needed him for this coming season.  So, I agree with what you’re saying regarding 2026.

Will be pretty surprised if this one becomes a thing, particularly if he’s a reclass candidate because that’s just not where the minutes are. But if they think that’s worth a swing, absolutely, go for it.

Interesting. He's a high 3*/low 4* but his offer list looks like someone who is top 30. One that the schools think  the recruiting services have missed on, it looks like.
