I had posted about this in the IU football notes. Probably shoulda started a new thread. 

Kid plays in my neck of the woods. Is a 3-star and had offers from Duke, Virginia Tech, Maryland, Boston College ... 

Guessing Cig was on him while at JMU. A friend of mine watches a ton of high school football and told me he's a good receiver and has good speed -- but isn't very big. 

Sorta sounds maybe like another Jaylin Lucas.

It's a long time before he'll set foot for real in Bloomington, so until pen is put to paper, I'm not holding my  breath.

Yeah, I typically don't get too excited about verbal commits until after the season is over. We haven't even started the season. LOL.
