Hoosiers batting in the bottom of the 5th and trail 3-1.  Nick Mitchell led off for the Hoosiers and put a 3-2 pitch over the fence for an early 1-0 lead.  Troy scored on a 2-run HR in the 3rd and a solo shot in the 5th.  Troy only has 3 hits but we only have 2.

Foley started and threw 92 pitches over 4 innings.  He gave up 2-hits; walked 4 and hit a batter.  Bothwell relieved in the 5th.

Well we won the first game of today's doubleheader 10-7.  Phillips started and only lasted 2 innings followed by Keyster, Moffitt & Kraft who collectively gave up 8 hits and 10 BB while striking out  8.  Moffitt credited with the win.  Hoosiers with 15 hits but left 14 runners on base.  Pyne had 4 hits followed by Taylor and Cerny with 3 each.  Today's second game scheduled to start around 3:20.

2nd game already in the tank as Troy leads 4-0 with the Hoosiers batting in the 2nd.  Risedorph has given up 4 hits  -- 2 HRs and a double and already thrown 54 pitches.

My doom and gloom may have been premature.  We did bounce back with 3 runs in the 2nd so it's a 4-3 ball game moving into the 3rd.  Risedorph stays on the mound.

Something of note yesterday is Tonghini was not available for his normal three solid innings on the mound which likely cost them the second game. Nothing serious but probably the difference in result second game.
