That's not a penalty a few years ago but in today's game it is going to be called targeting every time. Stepanek was 'dirty' and that stuff needs to stop. Not only did he injure a guy but he backed us up on a key drive for another stupid penalty right after. 

I agree on the kickoff play. Thats football. Ive always said if you are gonna play football plan on getting hurt.
