Pierre was a late, surprise add during the early signing period for the Hoosiers. The Florida defensive back had offers from Appelachian State, Florida Atlantic, Miami (OH) and Tennessee State before choosing the Hoosiers on Wednesday. Indiana offered him earlier in December. Pierre may not be ranked, but has a knack for the big hit on his film. The reason for his under-recruitment may be due to his size.

Pierre collected 45 tackles, 30 solo, five for loss, a team-high four interceptions (110 yards), two forced fumbles and nine pass breakups as a senior as his team won the 2017 FHSAA 2A state championship, Here are some of Pierre’s highlights.

Not to sound too hyperbolic, but after watching several of his Hudl vids, I can't really think of any 170lb DB's  that are more violent than this kid. Just a total banger. Glad to have him.

Lordy, lordy... if he's our lowest rated recruit I'm all in. He will compete right away on SPT.. could return kicks, or be one of the guys covering gunners on punt return. He will clearly be on the KO team lol
