Oh yeah forgot about Patberg who is a former 5 star and probably really good being from ND. Wise at Pitt was just a 3 and about on the level of most of IU's recruits recently. Our recruiting has absolutely gotten better (mostly mid level 3 star players besides Patberg, Penn and Berger). I know ratings don't mean everything (Buss was a 3 but everyone said she was way underrated and would be great which I have not heard about most of our other mid 3 stars) but they certainly are a guide and they are a slight step below other Big Ten team. With that said they are light years ahead of the Coach Jack days who had almost every recruit as a 0 Star mid to low major prospect (yes this is 100% correct).

I am not dumping on the program but I am very much wait and see and worry what will happen when Buss and Cahill leave. There is a bit of instability with all the transfers but it might be all right. We will see.

Definitely no worries about you dumping on any of our programs! You're a very resourceful and insightful poster, much valued by myself (and others). I really think we'll see a nice leap next year (not that I'm writing off this year at all lol), with a different level of team experience and chemistry.
