ThompsonHoosier Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 I really really hope this is not true...we may lose some good recruits if he leaves. hsrtxp 1 Quote
BabyJandJDaddy Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 The latest I've heard is that Coach Allen has convinced him to stay. He's potentially staying with the understanding that he will receive a promotion in coaching duties...perhaps Co-OC? LockdownD, ALASKA HOOSIER and Crimson and Cream 3 Quote

akhosrof Posted January 25, 2017 Posted January 25, 2017 Per Michigan Insider Sam Webb, Frey to Michigan is official. Frey will coach tackles and tight-ends, Jay Harbaugh will coach RBs.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app I guess most of the Florida recruits (and the class in general) are on the defensive side of the ball. The offensive lineman from Florida (Tyler Knight) that we recruited enrolled early and is in Bloomington already; the other is from the Indy area (Caleb Jones) and he seems to be high on IU. Either way, I think with Tom Allen's connections he will be able to find a solid replacement for Frey. Quote
akhosrof Posted January 25, 2017 Posted January 25, 2017 I think two of our four offensive line commits are early enrollees and already on campus. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
Crimson and Cream Posted January 25, 2017 Posted January 25, 2017 This one hurts, but best of luck to Coach Frey, even though I hate Michigan. Quote
