  2. I think she’s earning her way to more minutes as a rookie, tons of confidence in her, but her averages aren’t apples to apples, she’s not starting, playing consistently against the other teams’ best in extended minutes. Regardless, she’s showing she deserves floor time and in a way that helps the team.
  3. You apparently don’t understand too well trod. Not going to counter-point, been there done that. Also not going to play the told you so game. I wish him well, if he does well / better at MD good for him, if he doesn’t, I will see it as too bad.
  4. I prefer kahlua. Kidding aside freeze dried would kill me. My weekends start with fresh-roasted (3 days or less) beans from the roaster about 3 miles from me door to door, Bean Here. (I know the owner, Mike, great guy and he now has 3 locations.) Medium, ground in my Breville (I have the settings down to taste, it’s actually a pretty damn good grinder). Black, or sometimes a little half and half. Where we diverge is the infamous percolator— I bought and tried out the AeroPress, I found it weak and lacking, my perc honestly does much better coffee. It took some experimenting/work to find the right grind and amount but worked out a good flavorful and strong brew. Also experimented with a good French Press but it ended up just ok. My wife and I used to have a pour-over set up many years ago, I need to get around to getting back to that, but my daughter (who has a couple years of barrista exp in a couple high end specialty coffee shops and knows her brews) and friends love my coffee, so the infamous perc can hold its own, I’m actually a devote coffer addict :)
  5. Just for you, I may have to go to store bought, better yet 7-11, weeks old freeze dried coffee, with cream and sugar, sipped from a styrofoam cup!
  6. This road is too well trod to continue this discussion and the same people who took an extremely negative view of Geronimo's game are showing up again. He was certainly effective - very - in the games when Race was out (and before Race was thrown back in despite clearly not being ready/healthy). I'm interested to see how he does at MD, either way, that's all I'm going to add to this beaten horse.
  7. Paint him green, and he's the Hulk
  8. It needs to get ugly
  9. Just like Troy Williams' moms, right?
  10. RIP to Eagles founding member, Randy Meisner. What a great band it was. Hotel California to this day one of the greatest songs and albums ever.
  11. Gallo is an absolute starter in my book, regardless. What he brings in D, floor vision, experience, all around team play, energy and contribution to the team doesn't need restating. He turned a huge page this past season though. His weakness was outside shooting. Many thought his shot was just broken, and there was reason for that. But he turned a liability into a legit positive. Now though he has to take the step up to scoring more. Agree with @DChoosier's point about needing that scoring -- however, given what Gallo did this past season in developing a consistent, very good outside shot, his experience with the team and all the other plus values he brings, if he can / will shoot more and score at a better / higher level, with more takes, that's a better answer for me. The kid is a terrific all around player -- bring the scoring now, be more assertive in the offense, take on the role of scorer -- do that, and we're a better team for it.
  12. Woody massage. Trying. Not. To. Be. Immature
  13. Ok so he’s only got 8 inches on me, I can take him
  14. Reggie Miller — always brought the ball up from his waist or lower. It worked out ok for him… Good shot form, high release is always good, but if the shooter is consistent, let him shoot
  15. Do you work for the law firm Morrison Foerster? One day I learned their website is Mofo.com. (Really) I burst out laughing. Maybe you don’t get that either :)
  16. #20 Jordan Fuchs gets the win, but for best name
  17. ^^ He's got some big shoes to fill at #4 -- https://www.si.com/college/indiana/basketball/indiana-basketball-hoosiers-by-the-numbers-favorite-player-to-wear-number-4
  18. Someone’s been drinking a lot of coffee…
  19. Yeah, it’s pretty hard to qualify at that elite academic bastion that is Louisville….
  20. I hope he’s still playing when he’s completely bald
  21. Los Angeles Lakers coach Darvin Ham on Indiana first-round NBA Draft pick Jalen Hood-Schifino from @MVABasketball: “He’s a kid that has the potential to really help us and help us immediately.” #iubb
  22. Always. She's so savvy
  23. There's an asterisk -- "Archie Miller: too good to be ranked"
  24. Good attitude, nice interview, and good insights. Pulling for him, the potential is there
