Wonder if/how the fact that there's no game Sunday will weigh in the decision on whether Franklin plays. Archie could think, "Well, he's not playing Sunday, so let's hold him out this game and have him fully ready to roll at Iowa." or Archie could think, "We weren't sure about tonight, but he was gonna play Sunday -- so let's get him some minutes tonight so he'll he can shake off some rust before Iowa."

I don't mean to make light of illnesses, but he resigned from jobs three times in the past 10 years or so because of health issues. How long does he stay here? Obviously, a great coach, but if you're the Jags, buyer beware ...

Very interesting that Bill O'Brien goes from coach and GM of the Houston Texans to OC at Alabama. Granted, Alabama pretty much resembles a pro franchise, but still ... Talk about a step backward -- kinda like going from RB coach at Indiana to RB coach at Michigan. LOL!

I know this makes absolutely no sense -- but I tend to be a little superstitious. And it seems every time I record an IU game, we lose! ... Because my cable subscription (yes, I have cable -- still a dinosaur) includes the BTN, I used to be able to go to their website and watch a replay of the game. I guess I didn't realize that was no longer available.

I was working last night with the game on in the background -- so I didn't get to see much. Didn't think to record it, so later on, I went to the BTN's website, which sent me to Fox Sports, where I found -- a 5-minute package of highlights. In this day and age of all this fantastic technology, you can't watch a replay of a Big Ten basketball game online somewhere a few hours after it happened -- especially if you subscribe to BTN? Am I missing something?
