  1. There we also a hold on the play that got them 1st and goal.
  2. https://www.thedailyhoosier.com/reports-indicate-2025-qb-julian-lewis-has-cancelled-another-iu-football-visit/ It's official..... lol
  3. Let’s put it this way......If or when Coach Cignetti hits the portal next year for a qb, I feel he could have a pick of the litter. JMO
  4. I really think my biggest thing is just selfish reasons, honestly. lol Getting a player of his talent and star power ability to IU can make a huge statement a couple of ways. One, it says to IU, "I see you and want be a part of that". Second, ... when other top recruits see a player like him committing to IU, they are also intrigued and would be more apt to come and play with him. JMO....
  5. Coach Cignetti doesn't appear to be the type of coach who will put up with much, if any,...back and forth, undecisive nonsense.
  6. According to this article put out today it also mentions that Julian won't be at the Michigan game because of a prior commitment for something in Atlanta..... Who knows?! Geesh "However, Lewis’s absence from the game is because of his other work commitments, which happen to be on the same day. According to a tweet shared by Sports Stars of Tomorrow, Julian will visit Atlanta on Nov. 10. However, given his interest in game-day visits, he might choose to attend a different Indiana game." https://www.essentiallysports.com/high-school-football-news-julian-lewis-upcoming-commitments-create-tension-for-curt-cignetti/
  7. Now, everyone in America knows about IU, but some elitist are waiting for the "all knowing" and expected hiccup to show reason why we don't belong with the big boys. Here's the current stage, we have our new Commander and Chief in the driver's seat and everyone else's envy. Scott Dolson should be named A.D. of the year for this one hire alone. To go along with this rocket-like trajectory of success, Scott Dolson and Co. should already have all the money to match ANY and all suiters ready at his disposal. We have seen the results of Coach Cignetti's "Blueprint and Plan",....now what will Scott Dolson's "Blueprint and Plan" be to keep him long term? Go IU!
  8. Here's some motivation..... Michigan beat Indiana by 45 just last year...
  9. I love the show. I have it recorded when it comes on. Lol
  10. …ever watched the old Twilight Zone from the 60’s? Lol
  11. Coach Cignetti…says to himself, “ I’ve got better things to do!” I’m glad he didn’t. He knows when to turn it off. lol
  12. I wonder if there’s some kind of small, hard, shell-like cover to protect the top of his thumb where the nail was? I almost imagine a rubber tip that covers that thumb with a hard top. I can imagine Michigan State will try whatever they can to cause discomfort to that tender thumb….
  13. .....and wouldn't be surprised if he shattered a backboard after a monster dunk sometime this year! lol
  14. I know... we were in section 26 about row 60 and that play was at maybe the 35ish? Where we were standing/watching was like looking right down the line when it happened. We had to see it on the big screen to totally see what happened and how it developed. It happened sooo fast. lol
  15. ...lol! My bad. I forgot about that. Yeah, we were at the game as we were both saying we too thought it was DPI... I was totally thinking about the one that Ponds ran back early.
  16. That’s exactly where I thought we’d be, if not #12. I’m fine with it…. The higher you get the more hunted you become…lol
  17. Sorry if this has already been posted somewhere, but loved hearing this…
  18. I can't imagine Coach Cignetti would try to get Rourke back in when he could risk longer healing. Maybe he's trying to keep teams guessing. I fully trust Jackson and am actually excited to see what he brings.
  19. https://www.si.com/college/colorado/football/2025-five-star-qb-julian-lewis-to-visit-deion-sanders-and-colorado
  20. ......here's a new one! Hear me out. I will begin with, this though would have been insane and absolutely unheard of for ANY year prior to THIS year. If this train continues to roll and Coach Cignetti & Co. do make IU their long term/final home, we are going to need more seats to accommodate the droves of new fans wanting to be a part of this. I could never imagine Memorial Stadium with new upper deck seating or expanding up/out with the seating rows. Again, I'm definitely not trying to put the cart before the horse here, but it definitely has to be on Dolson's mind in the near future. I know, I know, win games first, lock down Cignetti and Co. long term, then.......? Go IU!
  21. Same here...... So much so that I can't, have never and will never call him by his "stage name/names". It's just Coach or Deon Sanders. lol
