Agreed. One can argue that people (the “victims”) must be ignorant, but guys like Leary prey on the gullible. I have no sympathy for repeat offenders, especially in financial fraud cases. Can’t help but think that Leary knew exactly what he was doing. It's truly a shame that he was ever a part of the Indiana basketball program.

Just talked to my grandson. He went to the doctor today and got great news. He is walking, was released to drive and his progress with recovery and therapy is "exceptional". The next surgery, to repair the ligaments, will be in early December. Just wanted to update you all, and thank you for your prayers.

If the defense isn't pursuing the ball carrier, the clock should keep running. It's a BS rule, if, in fact, that is the rule. And Ferentz is a d!ck for using his time outs in that situation. There's no chance of a fumbled snap in that scenario. The game was lost... just own it like a man.
