You need to get the 2015 - 2016 schedule.  The game is against IPFW, the school Dane Fife coached several years ago.

New Albany defeated Evansville Harrison 97 - 48.  Langford scored 28 on 11 of 16 from the floor and 6 of 8 on FT's.  He also led the team with 12 rebounds; 6 assists and 3 blocks.   Next game 12/11 at Floyd Central.

McCutcheon lost the title game of the J & C Classic to Lafayette Jeff 57 - 56.  Phinisee had 23 points; haven't seen any other stats.   Next game 12/11 vs. Kokomo.

Crown Point defeated Penn 85 - 57.  Gelon had 31 points on 11 of 16 from the field of which 9 of the 11 were 3's.  He also had 5 rebounds.

It's what was supposed to happen but I want to see us play this way against ND.

Nothing more to be gained by leaving in the starters only a possible injury.  Good opportunity for the bench to get extended minutes that they won't see when B1G starts.

I am pleasantly surprised at how well we've played tonight and it's a very frustrated feeling.  This kind of beat down is what we've always expected our IU teams to do against the likes of Morehead State, Alcorn State, etc., but lately, we never know which IU team is going to show up and what the results will be.

How can they stink so badly against Duke and tonight they almost look like they know what they are doing?

BTB is a microcosm of the IU fan base, but although a small percentage, I'll venture that we're a representative sample.  I've no doubt there are still CTC supporters out there but after what we've witnessed thus far this season, they surely are dwindling in number.  I'm a relative newcomer to BTB but the transformation I'm seeing among our followers is mind numbing.  It's progressing past the point of disbelief and anger over our on (and off) court performance into a defeatist and totally apathetic attitude about our Hoosiers.   Frustration levels have escalated and we’re bickering among ourselves.  And from the comments made by our coach after the Debacle in Durham, he's living in an alternative universe.  Nationwide, IU basketball has become a laughingstock in the sports community which is an embarrassment to our entire university.  I'm still not on the terminate mid-season bandwagon, but if we lose any 1 of our next 3 and/or lose soundly to ND at the Crossroads Classic looking like the Washington Generals against the Globetrotters then I'm all in.  I believe Glass has already made the decision and the feelers have already been extended.  Nothing is going to save CTC's job because this team will be lucky to even make it into the Big Dance let alone advance beyond 1 game.  Nothing has changed from last season and in many respects this year’s performance is even worse and this team is not about to experience a sudden epiphany and start playing fundamentally sound basketball.  CTC is history; only a question of when.  Just two cents worth from a cranky Old Fart.

I'm nervous about this game.  Morehead St., has put up some pretty good defensive numbers and if we show up with the mindset that it's just a cakewalk this could be the 2015 version of last year's Eastern Washington game. 

Yeah, I agree on no Dakich.  I think he'd always put himself in the spotlight and not actually fill an assistant coach role.  Spend too much time angling for the head job himself.  Finally, I don't think he'd accept the position of being in a subservient role.  He's got his radio gig and TV gig.  He gets more spotlight now than he would as an ass't.

12/4 McCutcheon defeated Lafayette Harrison 82 - 64 and will play Lafayette Jeff tonight in the J & C Classic.  Phinisee with 17 points; 7 assists and 4 steals.
